In 1943, during WWII, Alexandria Indiana was picked by the government to depict what a typical "Small Town" in the United States was like. This information was used as a propaganda tool within the European theater.

Come and celebrate with us this year as we offer Craft Vendors, Flea Marketers, Children's amusements, food, vintage cars from the Central Indiana Old Car Club, Horseshoe Pitching Tournament, Pet Parade and Contest and live entertainment for young and old alike.
It takes a signifcant commitment from many devoted indivduals to pull off a succesful festival. We have just that, a very dedicated group of individuals who care cvery deeply about celebrating our heritage.
